Short business leadership programmes

Our range of short programmes helps you understand what sustainability means for your organisation and how to respond to emerging opportunities within the low-carbon economy.

The inspirational, practical and effective sessions make the most of the Eden Project’s fantastic site as a ‘living classroom’ and draw on the Eden Project's 10 years' experience of tackling sustainability issues as a social enterprise.

You can pick one of our pre-designed programmes or create your own tailormade session at Eden. Here's what's on offer:

  • A two-day intensive programme
for business influencers – those tasked with supporting and delivering on sustainability objectives, those in leadership roles, or cross-functional teams looking for traction. We're now taking bookings for the next course in April.
  • A four-day immersive programme
including a peer-to-peer business exchange, for businesses who would like a broader understanding of sustainability in business. We're now taking bookings for the next course in March.
  • Bespoke programmes and themed conferences
especially created for groups of 10 to 500.
